There simply is no better way to beat the heat than to grab an ice cold beer and some fresh Laotian food. That's the exact thought that hundreds had this last Saturday as they flocked to Four Corners Brewery for this year's Laos food pop-up. Run by Saap Lao, most known for their fragrant and addictive jerky, they served up mounds of sausage stuffed fried chicken wings, Laoatian sausage, nam khao- and of course heaping handfuls of sticky rice. Patrons were able to wash it all down with Four Corner's selection of brew. All photos by Kathy Tran.
