After the New Year’s Eve parties and the champagne and the countdown I always feel like I’m missing something. There’s something I never can put my finger on, something that got left out or behind. Then I bolt up from sweaty slumber and realize: I didn’t hear a polka or a waltz or any celebratory music fit for New Year’s celebration by a famous European composer.
