The Texas Theatre continues its summer series of movies in the park Sunday with a showing of the kid-friendly film The Lorax. What better place for this Seussian parable about maintaining the environment than at an outdoor screening? Kids will learn the value of protecting our trees and parents can kick back, absorb Danny DeVito’s sass and revel in the fact that they didn’t spend a dime for all that family togetherness. The film starts at dusk on Sunday, but show up early for prime blanket space up front. Marine Park is located at 303 Northwest 20th St. in Fort Worth.
