If the idea of a “beer dinner” makes you salivate, head over to Addison where the Flying Saucer in conjunction with California-based Firestone Walker Brewing Company is holding an event that shouldn’t be missed. Firestone Walker Brewing Company is featuring five of the brewery’s iconic pale ales and barrel-aged beers and pairing them with a tantalizing four-course menu. That’s right, beerknurds. Five beers, four courses, one night. It all begins with the Firestone Walker Easy Jack (Session IPA) “Welcome Beer” at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Flying Saucer Draught Emporium in Addison. Tickets are $65 for general admission and $60 for U.F.O. Club members. Tickets will sell out, so advanced purchase is highly recommended. Purchase tickets in person or by calling 972-991-7093.
