If you’re one of the trillion ladies who got engaged this holiday season, you’ve got some planning to do. Fortunately there’s an entire industry that caters to making your big day even bigger and better and maybe even a little over the top. The Las Colinas Bridal Show is a weekend filled with fashion shows, guest speakers with talks on the latest wedding trends and every type of vendor you can imagine. Seriously, the list of vendors will make your newly engaged head spin — photographers, photo booths, bakeries, DJs, music, accessories, weight loss, honeymoon travel, limos, even scrapbooking because, well, why not? On the bridalshowsinc.com website, they even offer a section called “Tips for Brides.” It’s a list of things to know BEFORE you go. Admission is $10, and show hours are noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at Irving Convention Center, 500 W. Las Colinas Blvd.
