Owner and pastry chef Maricsa Trejo cut her pastry teeth at Oak in Dallas and then alongside famed pastry chef Stephen Collucci in New York City before branching out on her own. During the week, you'll find her lovely pastries, including croissants, cruffins and kouign amanns at coffee shops around the city. Then on the weekend, La Casita in Richardson opens.
