S&J's Hot Chick serves hot chicken sandwiches and tenders. But they might be most famous for their Waiver Wednesday hot chicken eating contest where contestants, yes, sign a waiver, before trying to down three pepper x-laced chicken strips. The prize amount was up to $3,000 in July of 2022, when a competitor eater from Canada, Joel Hansen, completed the challenge.
