No doubt you're well aware of the fact that for the last six weeks or so, you've needed a city-issued $15 permit to hold a garage sale in the city of Dallas. But when last we peeked at the permitting process, there were but three locations at which you could purchase said license: 7901 Goforth Road, 3112 Canton Street and 1818 Westmoreland Road. That all changes today, per this memo Assistant City Manager Forest Turner sent to the Dallas City Council Friday evening:
